Benevity Live! 2026 code of conduct

We’re here to build something bold, together — and that starts with creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected and empowered to be themselves.

To keep Benevity Live! inclusive, welcoming and inspiring for all, we ask that every attendee, speaker, partner and Benevity team member follows this code of conduct.

We are committed to:

Creating an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment and exclusion — regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, or any other protected category.

What we expect:

• Be respectful of everyone — especially those with different viewpoints.
• Be inclusive, kind and open to collaboration.
• Be mindful of your words, actions and how they may impact others.

What we won’t tolerate:

• Offensive, discriminatory or harassing behavior in any form.
• Sexual language or imagery in any setting, including presentations.
• Clothing with offensive or inappropriate language or visuals.
• Bullying, intimidation or disruption of sessions or events.
• Sharing your registration or event content with unauthorized individuals (including competitors).
• Possession or mention of weapons or illegal substances.
• Any illegal, unprofessional or harmful conduct.

Consequences:

Unacceptable behavior can result in immediate removal from the event — without warning or refund — and may impact future participation. In serious cases, local authorities may be notified.

Our non-solicitation policy:

To maintain a focused, respectful experience, solicitation of any kind — including marketing, recruitment, grant requests or distribution of promotional materials — is not permitted during or after the event without express consent. Violations may result in removal from the event.
